Bernie Sanders is pushing the narrative of CEO VS McDonalds/Amazon/low wage workers on social media and town meetings. Bernie brings up some very valid points and questions. His videos online even tug at your heart strings.
More than 2 out of 3 Disneyland workers say they go hungry. That does not sound like the “happiest place on Earth” to me. pic.twitter.com/n1SOrGBFcn

Bernie has a point here. Why should people work 14 hour days and need to be on food stamps?
What bernie isn’t saying is what is frightening. In 2016 Bernie Sanders made well over 1 million dollars. With his $200,000.00 a year salary and his book royalties, Bernie is in the top 4%. It would take the average low wage worker, with 40 hours a week, 54 years to make what Bernie made in 2016.
“It would take the average low wage worker over 4,591 years to make what Pelosi is worth on the high end; Over 1,777 years to make what she is worth on the low end.”
What about Nancy Pelosi the leader of the Democrat Party? According to Roll Call, Pelosi reported having a minimum of $32.9 million in assets, divided between investments and real estate, and a minimum of $17 million in liabilities. Others have put her net worth over $85 million. It would take the average low wage worker over 4,591 years to make what Pelosi is worth on the high end; Over 1,777 years to make what she is worth on the low end.
Perhaps Bernie should bring this information into his town meetings and social media accounts?
